AskACU staff are extensively trained across the student lifecycle, campus-related matters, and are able to provide advice on some academic matters, AskACU aims to remove the barriers that exist between students and services.
With an AskACU Centre located at each campus for face-face support, AskACU provides a more flexible and visible service to students, staff, and members of the public. AskACU can also be reached via phone, email, live chat and through the AskACU portal. Staff also have a dedicated Staff Priority extension (x8282) and are encouraged to use this line when requiring real time assistance from an AskACU team member.
