These conversations help to clarify the expectations of your role, including how to navigate the ACU environment to access the resources you need and to identify any further training needs that you may have. Regular catch ups with your supervisor provide the opportunity to discuss progress and provide feedback.

On commencement, your supervisor will organise a time to meet to discuss your role and to answer any questions you have.
