The Progress Plan process benefits staff by clarifying individual outcomes and expectations in their role, providing an opportunity to receive feedback on progress, performance, behaviour and achievements from their supervisor, as well as an opportunity to consider and discuss their future career aspirations and professional development priorities.
The Progress Plan is a continuous process allowing progress and development discussions to occur at any time throughout the year, including recording discussion outcomes in Staff Connect.
